Job summary

Agape Care Group is seeking a Spiritual Care Coordinator to provide spiritual support aligned with each patient’s beliefs and values within hospice care. You will guide patients and families with dignity, offering comfort and key guidance during challenging times.

Qualifications

• A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in counseling, theology, divinity, or related field. Completion of one unit of clinical pastoral education or minister services preferred
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in a health care or hospice setting required. Experience in family counseling regarding issues of loss, grief, death and dying
• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively
