Qualifications

• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and families.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care provided.
• Ensure patient comfort, dignity, and safety following individualized care plans.
• Adhere to infection control, safety standards, and agency policies.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to care planning.
