Responsibilities of a Hospice Aide / CNA

• Report directly to the Administrator, Executive Director, or Patient Care Manager and work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse and/or Clinical Supervisor.
• Assist patients with personal hygiene, safe ambulation, and light housekeeping.
• Prepare and serve light meals, assist with feeding, and support mental and emotional well-being.
• Document care provided accurately and participate in quality improvement activities.

Qualifications - About You

• Compassionate, kind, and empathetic to patients and families.
• Comfortable providing care in a home setting.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
• Six months of relevant patient care experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license, automobile insurance, and CPR certification.
