Role Responsibilities

• Report to the Administrator or Patient Care Manager and work under RN supervision.
• Assist patients with personal hygiene, feeding, ambulation, and light housekeeping.
• Help promote mental alertness and provide emotional support.
• Report changes in patient condition to the RN.
• Practice infection control and document visits accurately.
• Participate in staff meetings and quality improvement activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Compassionate, empathetic, and flexible.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
• At least 6 months of relevant patient care experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and CPR certification.
