Responsibilities

• Report to the Administrator or Nurse Manager
• Assist patients with hygiene, feeding, mobility, and light housekeeping
• Support patient’s emotional and psychological needs
• Document visits accurately and participate in staff meetings
• Engage in quality improvement activities

Qualifications

• Compassionate and empathetic
• Comfortable providing care in a home setting
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
• Six months of relevant patient care experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and CPR certification
