Role Responsibilities

• Report to the Administrator, Executive Director, or Patient Care Manager, and work under the supervision of Registered Nurses and Clinical Supervisors.
• Assist patients with personal hygiene, feeding, ambulation, and light housekeeping.
• Support patient safety, emotional well-being, and mental alertness activities.
• Document visits accurately and participate in quality improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, empathetic, and flexible caregiver.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
• Minimum six months of patient care experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and CPR certification.
