Role Responsibilities
  • Report to the Administrator or Patient Care Manager and work under RN supervision.
  • Assist with personal hygiene, environment safety, light meals, feeding, ambulation, and light housekeeping.
  • Support treatments as ordered and promote mental alertness.
  • Provide emotional support and report changes in patient condition.
  • Practice infection control and document visits accurately.
  • Participate in staff meetings and quality improvement activities.
Candidate Requirements
  • Compassionate, empathetic, and flexible.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
  • Six months of relevant patient care experience preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and CPR certification.
