We are looking for a passionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of hospice care professionals and make a difference by listening, caring, and serving.

Position Summary: The primary function is to provide personal healthcare and related services to patients in their residences, assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment, work cooperatively with patients and families, and share observations with supervisors. Works under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma preferred
• Successfully completed nurse aide training/competency evaluation approved by the state and listed in good standing on the state nurse aide registry, or a state licensure program meeting requirements
• Must have CNA license
• Must have a current driver’s license
• At least one year experience as a Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant preferred
• Reliable transportation with valid auto liability insurance
