Job summary

The Care Team Hospice is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide personal care and comfort-focused support to hospice patients in homes and facility settings. Join an interdisciplinary team focused on dignity, compassion, and quality of life throughout the hospice journey.

Active CNA certification is required; hospice aide experience and familiarity with HCHB are preferred. Standard hours support the Lehigh Valley service area, with mileage reimbursement per policy.

Qualifications

• Experience using HCHB (Homecare Homebase) preferred.

Job Location: Lehigh Valley - Lehigh Valley, PA 18002, Salary Range: $18.00 - $24.00 Hourly, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

The Care Team Hospice is seeking a CNA to provide personal care and comfort-focused support to hospice patients in their homes and facility settings while working alongside our interdisciplinary team to ensure dignity, compassion, and quality of life throughout the hospice journey.

Schedule, Hours & Territory

• Standard operating hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Bethlehem, PA to Allentown, PA - Lehigh Valley area

Field Role Requirements

• Active driver’s license
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
• Current TB testing in accordance with agency policy
• Current CPR certification as required for the role
