Job summary

Three Oaks Hospice is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our hospice care team in Roswell. The role focuses on providing personal healthcare and supportive services to patients in their homes, under RN supervision.

The position requires a CNA license, a current driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Experience in hospice or long-term care is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma Preferred.
• Has Nurse aide training/competency program approved by the state and listed in good standing on the state nurse aide registry; or State Licensure program that meets requirements
• Must have CNA license.
• Must have current driver’s license.
• At least one year experience, preferred, as a Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant in a hospital, nursing home, home health agency, hospice, or long-term care facility.
• Reliable transportation. Valid and current auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal healthcare and related services to the patient in their place of residence.
• Assist in providing a safe and clean environment, work cooperatively with patient and family and share observations and problems with the supervisor.
• Works under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.
