Job summary

Three Oaks Hospice is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team serving Woodstock, Canton, Roswell, Holly Springs and surrounding areas. You will provide patient-centered care, support families, and work under the supervision of a registered nurse.

The ideal candidate will have CNA licensure, state-approved Nurse Aide training, and at least one year of hospice or related experience. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA license.
• Nurse aide training/competency program approved by the state.
• At least one year experience in hospice or related setting preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal healthcare and related services to the patient in their place of residence.

We are looking for a passionate Certified Nursing Assistant CNA to join our leading team of hospice care professionals and make a difference, by listening, caring, and serving.

Position Summary

Primary function is to provide personal healthcare and related services to the patient in their place of residence; to assist in providing a safe and clean environment, work cooperatively with patient and family and share observations and problems with the supervisor. Works under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma Preferred
• Has successfully completed Nurse aide training/competency program approved by the state and listed in good standing on the state nurse aide registry; or State Licensure program that meets requirements
• Must have CNA license
• Must have current driver’s
• At least one year experience, preferred, as a Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant in a hospital, nursing home, home health agency, hospice, or long-term care facility.
• Reliable transportation. Valid and current auto liability insurance.
