Job summary

Agape Hospice Care Atlanta is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our hospice care team. The CNA will provide personal healthcare and related services to patients in their homes across Woodstock, Canton, Roswell, Holly Springs and surrounding areas, under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Qualifications include CNA license, current driver’s license, reliable transportation, and 1+ year experience in hospice or nursing facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma Preferred.
• Has completed state-approved nurse aide training/competency program and is listed in good standing on state nurse aide registry; or equivalent licensure.
• Must have CNA license.
• Must have current driver’s license.
• At least one year of hospice or nursing assistant experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal healthcare and related services to patients in their residence.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment and report observations to supervisor.
• Work under the supervision of a registered nurse.

We are looking for a passionate Certified Nursing Assistant CNA to join our leading team of hospice care professionals and make a difference, by listening, caring, and serving.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Primary function is to provide personal healthcare and related services to the patient in their place of residence; to assist in providing a safe and clean environment, work cooperatively with patient and family and share observations and problems with the supervisor. Works under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma Preferred
• Has successfully completed Nurse aide training/competency program approved by the state and listed in good standing on the state nurse aide registry; or State Licensure program that meets requirements
• Must have CNA license
• Must have current driver’s
• At least one year experience, preferred, as a Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant in a hospital, nursing home, home health agency, hospice, or long-term care facility.
• Reliable transportation. Valid and current auto liability insurance.
