Genesis HealthCare System in Ohio seeks a multi-skilled technician for Hospice to support nurses and deliver patient care in a compassionate, efficient manner. This role emphasizes accuracy in measurements, clear communication, and teamwork within the care unit.

A 40-hour week is typical on the day shift, with duties that span clinical and clerical tasks to ensure patient comfort and safety. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR certification or the ability to obtain it

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
• Must have some prior patient care/health care experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Ability to read, write and explain information to patients and staff.
• Attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Ability to accurately take and record measurements or readings.
• Ability to provide customer service in a warm and friendly manner.
• Provide patient care, under the direction of an RN, in a warm and friendly manner.
• Work collaboratively with other caregivers on the unit.
