Affinity Hospice Holdings, LLC is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support patients in their homes under RN supervision. You will observe, document, and report patient conditions while delivering essential personal care to promote comfort.

The role requires high school diploma, CPR certification, a valid driver's license with insured vehicle, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Flexible schedule and weekend rotation may apply.

Competenze

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Meet state training and certification requirements.
• Possess and maintain CPR certification.
• Licensed driver with automobile insured as required and in good working order.
• Able to show empathy for the needs of the ill, injured and frail.

Mansioni

• Perform personal care needs after given a patient’s assignment and attending to requests promptly.
• Meet safety needs of patients and use equipment safely and properly.
• Perform personal care tasks including baths, back rubs, oral hygiene, shampoos, and changing bed linen as assigned.
• Assist in dressing and undressing patients as assigned.
• Assist in feeding the patient as assigned.
• Assess and report on patients’ condition and changes to the case manager.
• Adhere to documentation and care procedures and conduct standards.
• The hospice aide will not administer medications or take physician's orders.
• Perform other CNA duties as assigned by management.
