Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking an RN supervisor to lead clinical and operational activities in a home health setting. You will oversee clinical and non-clinical services, manage personnel and office operations, and ensure compliance with regulations.

The role requires strong nursing leadership, two-plus years in nursing within the last 36 months, and at least one year in home health. A valid driver’s license and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse with at least two years of nursing experience within the last 36 months.
• Minimum one year of home health experience.
• CPR certification and a valid driver’s license required.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local home care regulations strongly preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the provision of clinical and non-clinical services; manage clinical operations, services, personnel, and office operations.
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance within the home health setting.
