Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse supervisor to oversee clinical and non-clinical services in the home health setting. You will manage clinical operations, personnel, and office workflows to ensure high-quality patient care.

The role requires a valid RN license, CPR certification, and at least 1 year in home health, with strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations. In-office attendance is essential to drive supervision and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse with an active license to practice in this state.
• Minimum two years of nursing experience within the last 36 months.
• Minimum one year of experience in home health.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance required.
• Solid knowledge of federal, state, and local home care regulations.
• Technology proficiency including MS Office and mobile devices.
• Preferred management experience and ability to lead teams.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus for patient communication.
