VitalCaring Group in Seminole, OK seeks an experienced hospice operations leader to oversee branch performance, patient-centered care, and community partnerships. You will guide clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and staff development while maintaining a compassionate, patient-first culture.

You will lead with integrity, balance team needs with care standards, and serve as a steady, visible presence for your clinicians and caregivers in a small-market community.

Competenze

• Active RN license required
• 3+ years of leadership experience in hospice, home health, or healthcare operations
• Strong understanding of clinical quality, compliance, and regulatory standards
• Experience leading teams with a focus on engagement, retention, and development
• Ability to manage operations while keeping patient care at the center of decisions
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
