Job summary

VitalCaring Group seeks a Senior Hospice Operations Leader to oversee branch operations in Las Vegas, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. You will lead a community-facing team, maintain regulatory readiness, and partner with clinical leaders to achieve strong outcomes.

You will drive engagement, retention, and development while representing the organization with integrity in a community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• 3+ years in hospice/healthcare leadership.
• Strong clinical quality, compliance and regulatory knowledge.
