Harbor Hospice seeks a bereavement counselor to plan and implement interventions for families and caregivers for thirteen months following a patient's death. The role may also serve the wider community with grief and loss services.

The candidate must travel across Illinois and be present in the Addison office, providing counseling, education, and support to clients, families, and volunteers within hospice bereavement programs.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in social work required.
• Illinois LMSW/LLMSW or LLPC/LPC licensure required.
• Current driver’s license required.
• Experience in grief and loss counseling preferred.
