Angels Care Hospice is seeking a Bereavement Coordinator to plan, implement, and maintain a bereavement program that serves families and caregivers with compassion. You will coordinate grief counseling, evaluate services, and support hospice staff in coping with work-related grief.
Experience with families, strong communication and organizational skills, and a commitment to hospice philosophy are essential.
