Responsibilities

• Report to the administrator or care manager
• Assist with personal hygiene, meals, ambulation, and light housekeeping
• Support treatments as ordered and promote patient mental alertness
• Provide emotional support and report changes in patient condition
• Practice infection control and document visits
• Participate in meetings and quality improvement activities

Requirements

• Compassionate, empathetic, and flexible
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
• Six months of relevant patient care experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and CPR certification
