Job summary

Brighton Hospice is seeking a Director of Aide Services to lead our aide team and oversee scheduling and charting for residents. You will ensure care aligns with assessments and care plans under nursing management, while maintaining HIPAA compliance and high-quality patient interaction.

Ideal candidates have an LPN license with leadership experience, CPR certification, and hospice familiarity. Excellent teamwork, communication, and adherence to policies are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• LPN licensure in good standing in state(s) of practice with at least 1 year of licensed experience.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience preferred.
• Hospice experience is preferred.
• Previous CNA experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership to the aide team and mentor staff.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations and scheduling for aides in coordination with the aide coordinator.
• Ensure accurate charting by all aides.
• Implement policies and best practices for operations.
• Maintain effective communication and problem solving within a diverse team.
• Comply with HIPAA and protect patient privacy.
