Job summary

HealthFlex is seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide to provide skilled services in the patient’s home, helping maintain independence and comfort. You will join a 5 star rated clinical team and operate within a supportive, patient‑centered environment.

Candidates must hold HHA and CPR certifications, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to work in a home health setting with a flexible schedule. Training and onboarding are provided.

Qualifications

• HHA certification is required.
• Experience as a Home Health Aide or Hospice Aide is a plus.
• Current AHA CPR certification.
• Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing a safe environment for the client.
• Participates in client teaching according to the client’s plan of care.
• Provide client care according to approved Plan of Care.
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Comply with all documentation and record keeping requirements.
• Use equipment properly and in a safe manner.
