Mercy Health Home Care and Hospice by Compassus is seeking a PRN Hospice Aide to support patients with daily activities and provide compassionate personal care, while AI-supported tools help document details efficiently.

You will assist with ADLs, monitor health needs, and report patient conditions; CNA certification is highly preferred, CPR is required, and you’ll work within Compassus’ care-for-who-I-am culture with competitive pay and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Certified Nursing Assistant highly preferred. In states where licensure is not required (AL, CT, GA, IA, IL, KS, LA, MA, ME, MI, MS, MT, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, WV), applicants must meet one of the following: They are already a licensed/certified aide; or They have completed a state‑approved nurse aide training program AND have been continuously employed in that capacity for the previous 24 months Current CPR certification required.

Pay Range

$16.90 - $23.66 / hour
