Job summary

Compassus is seeking a caring Hospice Aide to provide in-home support, helping patients stay comfortable and dignified in their own homes while partnering with a compassionate hospice team.

You will address physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, supporting families and serving as a key member of the care team. Our program emphasizes belonging, inclusivity, and quality end-of-life care.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.

Hospice Aide Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant highly preferred.
• In states where licensure is not required (AL, CT, GA, IA, IL, KS, LA, MA, ME, MI, MS, MT, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, WV), applicants must meet one of the following: They are already a licensed/certified aide; or They have completed a state-approved nurse aide training program AND have been continuously employed in that capacity for the previous 24 months
• Current CPR certification required.
