Job summary

St. Croix Hospice in River Falls, WI is seeking a dedicated Hospice Aide (CNA) to join our home-based care team. You will deliver compassionate, hands-on care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, supporting patients with personal care and daily living activities to ensure comfort and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of practice.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to provide personal care including bathing and grooming.
• Record vital signs and communicate with the care team.
• Travel to patient homes and document services accurately.

• Record vital signs and report observations to the care team

As a Hospice Aide (CNA), you'll be an essential part of our interdisciplinary care team, delivering compassionate, hands‑on care to patients in their homes. Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you'll support patients with personal care and daily living activities, helping ensure comfort, dignity, and the highest possible quality of life at the end of life.

Hospice Aide (CNA) Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Current CNA certification in the state of practice
