Job summary

St. Croix Hospice in Wentzville, MO is seeking a Hospice Aide (CNA) to provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients in their homes under the direction of a Registered Nurse.

You will support patients with personal care, monitor vital signs, document activities, and travel to patient homes, delivering comfort and dignity as part of a dedicated interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of practice.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and auto insurance.
• Provide personal care including bathing, skin/nail care, oral hygiene, dressing/undressing.
• Record vital signs and report observations to the care team.
• Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed.
• Promote patient comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Travel to patient homes throughout the day and provide care as scheduled.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.

As a Hospice Aide (CNA), you’ll be an essential part of our interdisciplinary care team, delivering compassionate, hands‑on care to patients in their homes. Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you’ll support patients with personal care and daily living activities, helping ensure comfort, dignity, and the highest possible quality of life at the end of life.
