Qualifications

• Current license to practice professional nursing in Delaware.
• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience, preferably in hospice.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospice services as a member of an interdisciplinary team.
• Manage General Inpatient visits in hospitals.
• Facilitate efficient admission of patients to Delaware Hospice.
