Ennoble Care in Virginia is hiring a Full-Time Admissions Nurse to assess patients in the Arlington County region and surrounding areas. You will work with the interdisciplinary team under the Director of Nursing to perform skilled nursing assessments, plan and implement care to maximize comfort and health for patients and families.

Required an RN licensed in Virginia, Associate's degree required (Bachelor's preferred). Hospice, home health, or geriatrics experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Licensed RN in Virginia.
• Hospice/home health or geriatrics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients for hospice admission criteria.
• Assess needs across physical, psychological, social and spiritual domains; collaborate on care plan.
• Coordinate with physicians and IDG to optimize care and resource use.
• Document per protocol; maintain up-to-date patient records; reflect status changes.
