Job summary

PruittHealth Hospice is seeking a Hospice Admissions Nurse (RN) to join our team providing compassionate care in patients' homes or care facilities. We offer top‑of‑market pay, flexible schedules, comprehensive health plans, and a 5k sign‑on bonus.

Responsibilities include completing evaluations, assessments, and treatments per policy, timely documentation, and maintaining continuity of patient care in a hospice setting. Current, active RN licensure in the state of practice is required.
