Job summary

Brighton Hospice is seeking a Director of Intake to lead the intake coordination team and collaborate with the business development and referral networks. This role requires nursing leadership, strong organization, and a commitment to high-quality patient care.

You must hold an active RN license, have hospice or home health experience, be willing to travel, and demonstrate the ability to balance team and individual responsibilities while guiding staff with feedback and accountability.

Qualifications

• Must hold current RN license in good standing.
• Hospice or home health experience preferred.
• Willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities.
• Ability to give and welcome feedback.
• Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness.
• Monitor and self-correct own work processes and outcomes; apply feedback from others to improve performance.
