Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a Hospice Admission Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate care when it’s most needed. You’ll support admissions, recertifications, and overflow visits, developing care plans and coordinating with care teams to maintain comfort and dignity.

This full-time role offers truly flexible scheduling, daily pay options, and one-on-one patient care in a hospice setting. ADN/AAS required; BSN preferred, with current RN licensure and CPR/FA certification.

Qualifications

• ADN/AAS nursing degree required; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of the position.
• Current CPR/FA certification.
• One year of professional RN experience in hospice or similar setting preferred.
• Reliable transportation to/from care sites.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop a comprehensive care plan addressing patient needs.
• Communicate patient conditions and coordinate with providers to deliver care.
• Perform admissions, recertifications, and overflow visits.

Education

As a Hospice Admission Registered Nurse (RN), you will:

• Ensure an accurate evaluation and work to develop and implement a comprehensive care plan that addresses patient needs
• Communicate patient conditions and collaborate with appropriate providers to deliver care when patient needs evolve
• perform all admissions, recertifications, and overflow visits

To qualify for a Hospice Admission Registered Nurse (RN) with us, you will need:

• Education: Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) or Associate of Applied Science in Nursing (AAS) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Licensure: Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state associated with this position.
• Current CPR/FA certification
• Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
• One (1) year of professional experience practicing as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a hospice or similar setting preferred
