Job summary

Medical Services of America is seeking a Full-Time Administrator for the Hospice team in Toccoa, Georgia. The role involves organizing and overseeing operations while ensuring compliance with guidelines and regulatory agencies.

Ideal candidates will be RN licensed in Georgia and possess relevant educational and hospice experience, alongside strong management skills. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including generous paid time off and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Licensed as Registered Nurse (RN) in Georgia.
• Minimum of 2 years of Hospice experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years recent Medicare certified hospice and/or home health agency experience strongly preferred.
• Training and experience in health service administration with at least one year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Previous budget and profit & loss statement management experience required.
• Extensive knowledge of federal & state laws and guidelines pertaining to hospice and Medicare required.

Responsibilities

• Organize and direct the agency’s day-to-day operations.
• Ensure overall operations of all programs of the agency.
• Plan, coordinate, and control operations in compliance with Board directives.
• Keep up-to-date on new developments related to state and federal regulations.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and coaching of the sales team.
• Report monthly to the Board of Directors on sales performance.
