Job summary

Medicalodges is seeking a part-time Hospitality Assistant in Great Bend, KS. This role supports non-direct care tasks under the RN/LPN supervision and assists with resident activities and dining services.

You will help with making beds, greeting guests, delivering snacks and meals, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. Strong communication and basic computer skills are expected for daily operations.

• Make beds, remove trash and tidy rooms.
• Answer telephone and greet guests.
• Pass hydration and snacks and document if applicable.
• Serve drinks and meals in the dining area and clear tables after meals.
• Provide one-on-one observation as assigned.
• Assist with facility activities.
• Stock nursing supply items in supply areas and resident rooms.
• Maintain a comfortable, clean environment and monitor equipment for safety.
• Answer call lights in a timely fashion.

Description

Job Summary:

Completes non-direct care tasks as assigned by the RN or LPN.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer telephone and greet guests.
• Pass hydration and snacks and document if applicable.
• Serve drinks and meals in the dining. Remove dishes and clean tables in the dining areas following meal service.
• Provide one on one observation as assigned.
• Assist with facility activities.
• Stock nursing supply items in supply areas and resident rooms such as briefs, wipes, personal care items.
• Providing a comfortable, orderly and clean environment, as well as, inspecting, cleaning, and monitoring equipment and supplies in order to provide resident safety.
• Answering call lights in a timely fashion.
