Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Experience: Production work preferred but not required.
• Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge and use of hand tools.
• Sound decision making skills.
• Good math, reading, writing skills.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• Strong trouble shooting skills.
• Continuous mental, visual, and audio attention.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare product for processing and apply designated pressure for blow-out.
• Troubleshoot removal issues to maximize production.
• Remove excess water from processed hose.
• Complete paperwork and indicate length for next stage processing.
• Transfer mandrel for next stage processing.
• Ability to work overtime as required, including extended shifts & weekends.
