Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a production operator in Alliance, NE to perform hose integrity testing and mandrel removal as part of the assembly process. You will inspect parts, document results and work under the supervision of the Value Stream Team Leader.

Responsibilities include following standard work, maintaining safety, and contributing to Lean initiatives while producing conforming products in a clean, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Must follow standard work for assembly, packaging, processing and inspection.
• Good verbal and written communication with team and QA.
• Basic math, measurement and reading of specifications.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform integrity tests on hoses using pressurized water.
• Expel mandrels from hoses after testing.
• Carry out quality inspections and document results per spec.
• Prioritize duties based on Work Leader guidance.
