Job summary

Rubber and Gasket Company of America in Blytheville, AR, is seeking an entry-level fabrication associate to assemble hose assemblies, gaskets, and related products per customer specifications.

You will use hand and shop tools, operate equipment like die presses and belt slitters, and maintain an OSHA-compliant workspace while supporting warehouse tasks as needed. High school diploma preferred and a valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow verbal and written directions with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and operate a variety of shop tools and machinery.

Responsibilities

• Use hand, measuring, and cutting tools such as tape measures and mechanic’s tools.
• Operate shop equipment such as die press, belt slitter, and automated coupling machines under supervision.
• Fabricate hose assemblies, gaskets, and conveyor/drive belting per directives and specifications.
• Conduct warehouse inventory, move/store material using forklifts, and deliver products using company vehicles.
• Perform general housekeeping in compliance with OSHA standards and follow all safety and RGA procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
