Rubber & Gasket Company of America is seeking entry-level fabricators to join our team in Texas. You will help fabricate hose assemblies and gaskets, using a range of hand tools and shop equipment. The role supports warehouse tasks and adheres to safety standards in a dynamic production setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license for company vehicle use.
• Ability to follow verbal and written directions with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Use hand, measuring, and cutting tools such as tape measures and mechanic’s tools.
• Operate shop equipment such as die press, belt slitter, and automated coupling machines under supervision.
• Fabricate hose assemblies, gaskets, and conveyor/drive belting per directives and specifications.
• Conduct warehouse inventory, move/store material using forklifts, and deliver products using company vehicles.
• Perform general housekeeping in compliance with OSHA standards and follow all safety and RGA procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Learning and safely operating a wide variety of tools and machines.
• Maintaining quality and consistency under production timelines.
