Job summary

Rubber and Gasket Company of America is seeking an entry-level fabricator to produce hose assemblies and gasket components. You will use hand tools, operate shop equipment, and ensure accurate fabrication per customer specifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must have a valid, active driver’s license with insurable driving record.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate potentially dangerous equipment.

Responsibilities

• Use hand, measuring, and cutting tools such as tape measures and mechanic’s tools.
• Operate shop equipment including die press, belt slitter, and automated coupling machines under supervision.
• Fabricate hose assemblies and gaskets per directives and specifications.
• Conduct warehouse inventory and move/store material using forklifts; deliver products.
• Maintain OSHA-compliant, clean workspace and follow safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
