Job summary

Mariani Enterprises LLC is seeking a skilled Team Lead to manage daily operations of landscaping crews in our Greater Boston area locations.

You will direct gardening and horticulture teams to deliver beauty with expertise, and provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.

Candidates should have 3+ years of leadership in horticulture and a solid knowledge of local plants; certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading a gardening, horticulture team
• Strong knowledge of local horticulture
• Professional certification (MCLP, MCH, Master Gardener Certification) preferred but not required

$65,000 - $75,000 Annually
