Job Summary

A Picture Show Crew Member creates a warm and welcoming environment for all guests by providing exceptional customer service. All associates may be considered for cross-training and some may be assigned duties in one or more areas at management discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by answering guest questions or directing them to the appropriate area in a friendly manner.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment in the theater's interior and exterior areas.
• Handle transactions, operate POS terminals, and assist patrons graciously.
• Multitask effectively, including customer service, cash handling, ticket tearing, and ID checking.
• Apply sales techniques to promote loyalty accounts, suggestive selling, and upselling food and beverages.
• Monitor auditoriums for picture and sound quality.
• Follow all policies and procedures to ensure safety, cleanliness, and good repair.
• Maintain personal attendance for all scheduled shifts.
• Operate and understand ADA equipment and other cleaning and operational procedures.
• Perform custodial duties including cleaning auditoriums, restrooms, and common areas.
• Meet deadlines with minimal supervision and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Secure cash, receipts, and tickets properly and enforce movie rating policies.
• Assist with other duties and functions as directed.
