Great Outdoors in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking an experienced Horticulture Crew Leader to guide a dedicated crew across residential and commercial properties. You will supervise daily tasks, ensure high-quality gardening services such as cleanups, pruning, mulching and weeding, and coordinate with clients to meet their goals.

The role includes winter snow removal; requires 2+ years horticulture experience, a HS diploma, a Michigan Chauffeur’s License and a current DOT Medical Card, reliable

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional horticulture services and crew management.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Michigan Chauffeur’s License and a current DOT Medical Card.
• Reliable transportation to Ann Arbor, MI.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, and a 90-day probationary period.
• Fluent read/write/speak English.

Great Outdoors is seeking an experienced, leadership-minded Horticulture Crew Leader to join our team in Ann Arbor, MI. Founded in 1983, we are a full-service lawn care and landscaping company dedicated to premium workmanship, creativity, and exceeding client expectations. In this role, you will use your plant knowledge and leadership skills to guide a crew, manage diverse properties, and deliver beautiful outdoor spaces.
Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Wage: $22.00 – $24.00 / hour (Higher starting pay considered based on experience)

• Physical & Logistics: Ability to perform physical labor in all weather conditions. Must pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, and a 90-day probationary period.
• Communication: Ability to fluently read, write, and speak English.
