Job summary

Yardnique is seeking a motivated Lawn Care Technician to maintain lush, healthy lawns for our clients. The role requires technical knowledge, customer service excellence, and adaptability to Florida’s outdoor environment.

Responsibilities include applying turf care products, conducting soil analysis, and addressing pests and diseases while following safety protocols and collaborating with the Horticulture Manager and team members.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida Driver’s License with 3+ years driving experience.
• Minimum 1 year of horticultural or lawn care experience.
• Knowledge of MSDS and chemical safety protocols.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in Florida weather.
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.

• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides in line with established schedules.

• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment in a safe and effective manner.
• Communicate with clients to understand their lawn care needs and provide top-tier customer service.
• Follow all company safety protocols and ensure safe handling of products and equipment.
• Collaborate effectively with the Horticulture Manager and fellow team members to ensure quality service delivery.
