Job summary

WJ Landscape Maintenance, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Horticultural Assistant/Enhancement Coordinator to support the Horticulturalist, coordinate service schedules, prepare enhancement estimates, and keep projects on track.

The role blends administrative coordination with field prep, requiring strong communication, software proficiency, and a proactive mindset to ensure crews arrive prepared.

Responsibilities

• Schedule personnel and subcontracted technicians for tree, shrub, and other treatment services.
• Communicate with clients about arrival windows and any restrictions.
• Support the Horticulturalist with client visits and property evaluations.
• Prepare enhancement estimates from field notes and recommendations.
• Organize job walk summaries and meeting notes.
• Assist with administrative tasks for enhancement plans and proposals.
• Prioritize and track enhancement opportunities from proposal to completion.
• Coordinate project materials, tools, and supplies for on-site work.
• Ensure all materials and instructions are ready before installation dates.
• Communicate project details to production staff and monitor progress.
