Responsibilities

• Arrive punctually at our Dover, PA location, ready to collaborate with the team.
• Plan daily tasks, load tools and equipment for job sites.
• Travel to and from job sites using our modern fleet of vehicles.
• Deliver excellent customer service and contribute positively to the team.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and demonstrate respect at all times.
• Perform basic maintenance on equipment and ensure its proper care.
• Execute horticultural services such as mulching, pruning, planting, and garden maintenance.
• Seize opportunities to expand horticultural expertise and enhance skills in plant care.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to commute to the office location daily.
• 1+ years of professional horticulture or gardening experience.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and horticultural equipment.
• Strong teamwork skills and open communication abilities.
• Organizational and multi‑tasking skills.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from others.
• Ability to pass the U.S. Department of Transportation physical and random drug and alcohol testing.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs., bend, twist, kneel, and work with hands and tools.
• Capability to work in various weather conditions, including excessive heat, cold, wet, and dry environments.

Compensation
