Job summary

Metropolitan Equestrian in Washington, DC is seeking a passionate horseback riding instructor to join our team. You will teach private and group lessons, covering riders from beginners to advanced and focusing on safety and horsemanship.

The role includes delivering English and hunter/jumper instruction, developing tailored lesson plans, supervising sessions, and fostering a welcoming environment for families and students, with availability for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

  • Experience teaching riding lessons in a professional setting.
  • Strong knowledge of horse care, training, and stable management.
  • Ability to work with students of all ages and riding abilities.
  • Patient, enthusiastic and safety-conscious teaching style.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and complete Safesport certification.

We are seeking passionate and experienced Full-Time Riding Instructor to join our team in Washington, DC.

Job Responsibilities
