4Ever Young Gilbert is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead our hormone and metabolic health programs. You will guide patients from the initial consultation through a personalized treatment plan that may include hormone replacement therapy, peptides, medical weight loss, IV vitamin therapy, and nutraceuticals.

This is a part-time on-site role in Gilbert, AZ. The role is 24–32 hours per week, with no late nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Arizona RN license.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in functional medicine, HRT, peptides and/or medical weight loss.
• Experience performing subcutaneous pellet insertions independently under provider orders.
• Proficient in phlebotomy and IV therapy.
• Excellent interpersonal and consultative communication skills with a genuine passion for patient education.
• Comfortable with EMR/practice management software LifeFile and Zenoti and detailed charting and documentation.

• Work with the medical director to develop individualized treatment plans based on symptoms and lab results; meet with patients to review results.
• Facilitate pharmacy orders for prescribed therapies and train patients on home injection techniques and protocols.
• Perform subcutaneous pellet insertions for hormone therapy patients.
• Maintain accurate charting and medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and state compliance standards.

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to partner with our medical director and lead our hormone and metabolic health programs. You will guide patients from their very first consultation through a personalized treatment plan that may include hormone replacement therapy (HRT), peptide therapy, medical weight loss, IV vitamin therapy, and nutraceutical supplementation.

The Role

Aesthetic injection experience is a big plus, as qualified candidates could have the opportunity to provide injectable treatments for our aesthetic patients. This position is 24 to 32 hours per week, with the opportunity to add hours as the business grows. No late nights or weekends are required.

What You'll Do

• Conduct health consultations with new patients, reviewing health histories, symptoms, and goals such as improved sleep and energy, weight management, libido, and overall vitality.
  
• Perform health assessments and blood draws.
  
• Work with the medical director to develop individualized treatment plans based on symptoms and laboratory results. Meet with patients to review their results and recommendations.
  
• Facilitate pharmacy orders for prescribed therapies and train patients on proper home injection techniques and protocols.
  
• Perform subcutaneous pellet insertions for hormone therapy patients.
  
• Maintain accurate, timely charting and medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and state compliance standards.
  

Requirements

Must-Haves

• Active, unrestricted Arizona license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in functional medicine, HRT, peptides and/or medical weight loss.
  
• Experienced performing subcutaneous pellet insertions for hormone therapy patients, independently under provider orders.
  
• Proficient in phlebotomy and IV therapy.
  
• Excellent interpersonal and consultative communication skills, with a genuine passion for patient education.
  
• Comfortable with EMR/practice management software like LifeFile and Zenoti and detailed clinical charting and documentation.
  

Strong Advantages

• Aesthetic injecting experience with neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and biostimulators.
  
• Functional medicine certification through IFM, A4M, or a similar program.
  

Compensation

• Hourly base pay of $40 to $55 per hour, plus bonus opportunities.
  
• Starting rate is commensurate with clinical wellness experience, hands-on BHRT pellet procedure expertise, and aesthetic injection skill level.
