Qualifications

• Must be available to work Sunday through Thursday, 6 p.m.–4 a.m., with occasional overtime.
• Experience with specialized cleaning equipment and techniques.
• High attention to detail and reliability.
• Basic understanding of kitchen ventilation systems and cleaning procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Clean kitchen hoods, ducts, filters, and exhaust fans per NFPA 96 and local codes.
• Inspect ventilation systems and report issues or hazards.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on hoods and related components.
• Communicate findings with clients and provide recommendations.
• Maintain safety, organization, and proper disposal of waste materials.
