Blue Collar Services is seeking a Night Operations Supervisor to oversee commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning crews in Des Moines, IA. You will lead hands-on cleaning operations, manage jobsite safety, operate power washing equipment, and train field technicians.

The role requires 1+ years of crew supervision, a clean MVR, and night availability Sunday through Thursday, with a focus on safety and quality assurance. This is a full-time position offering health benefits and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership or crew supervision experience.
• Night shift availability (Sunday night through Thursday night).
• Pressure washing, janitorial, HVAC, or trade background preferred.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.
• Valid Standard Driver's License with a clean MVR (No CDL Required).

Responsibilities

• Manage 2-person crews during overnight service windows (Sun–Thu).
• Set up containment, operate pressure washers, and scrape kitchen exhaust hoods, fans, and ducts.
• Drive company vehicles and tow utility equipment trailers safely.
• Complete quality assurance checks and document finished work via digital photos.
• Mentor crew members and maintain strict adherence to safety standards.
