WPU The William Paterson University of New Jersey seeks an Academic Enrichment Specialist responsible for enhancing the academic journey of Honors College students. The role includes guiding students in their transition from high school to college-level work and connecting them with research and internship opportunities.

The ideal candidate will develop workshops in leadership and presentation skills, ensuring students excel academically and thrive in a dynamic learning environment. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for a Master's degree, alongside relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum two-year experience working in a college or university setting.

Responsibilities

• Counsels and advises students on academic expectations.
• Provides academic enrichment guidance for student success.
• Connects students with research and internship opportunities.
• Develops and delivers workshops on various skills.
• Directs Honors College curricular and co-curricular programs.
• Plans and coordinates academic success initiatives.
• Assists the Dean in maintaining an inviting atmosphere.
