The ideal candidate will develop workshops in leadership and presentation skills, ensuring students excel academically and thrive in a dynamic learning environment. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for a Master's degree, alongside relevant experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two-year experience working in a college or university setting.

Responsibilities

  • Counsels and advises students on academic expectations.
  • Provides academic enrichment guidance for student success.
  • Connects students with research and internship opportunities.
  • Develops and delivers workshops on various skills.
  • Directs Honors College curricular and co-curricular programs.
  • Plans and coordinates academic success initiatives.
  • Assists the Dean in maintaining an inviting atmosphere.

Education
